Why is intake mostly written?
Written intake gives everyone a clear starting record and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
How does the Client Portal work?
Portal access is provided to approved clients. Available features depend on the matter.
Do you publish client names or case details?
Not by default. Private matters stay private unless there is a real reason and appropriate permission to disclose them.
Do you have a public walk-in office?
No public walk-in office is represented. Most work is remote, with meetings arranged by appointment when useful.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Do not rely on Puff Legal for emergency response, court filing, or time-sensitive legal representation.
